Grab your favorite plate, dish, or bowl - this is vital. My therapist told me I’m someone who needs everything to be a little “experience” and that includes my yogurt. If it doesnt look fun, I don’t want to do it.

Swirl in your favorite Greek yogurt my favorites are plain Siggis and Fage - because she THICC. Today Im using granola from Costco. It was the one with the lowest sugar. I am not sugar conscience BUT I would prefer to have sugar in something absolutely exceptional and not waste it on oats.

Sprinkle in a few almonds, chia seeds, flax seeds, pepita seeds ALL THE SEEDS. Along with your fruit of choice. Today I have blueberries, cherries and peaches from a coworkers tree. In unison “awwww.” If you are going to use cherries, for the love of all things holy, buy a cherry pitter! I don’t have one, but desperately need one. You can also use jam to sweeten up your yogurt. Near the end of the week I usually run out of fruit so I use a dollop of whatever jam my dad made that year.

Now remember I am not a nutritionist, I am just someone who likes food.
